📌 76º período de sesiones del Grupo de Trabajo II de UNCITRAL: United Nations Commission on International Trade Law sobre Solución de Controversias

Mélanie Riofrio Piché, secretaria general de CIAM (Centro Internacional de Arbitraje de Madrid), Urquiola De Palacio, vicepresidenta del Centro, y Marta Lalaguna Holzwarth, vicesecretaria del Centro, acudieron a la jornada que tuvo lugar del 10 al 14 de octubre en el Viena International Centre, sede de UNCITRAL. En las sesiones se trataron temas como desestimación temprana de la demanda y la tecnología en la resolución de disputas.

📌 76th Session of UNCITRAL: United Nations Commission on International Trade Law Working Group II on Dispute Settlement

Mélanie Riofrio Piché, Secretary General of CIAM (Centro Internacional de Arbitraje de Madrid) , Urquiola De Palacio, Vice-President of the Centre, and Marta Lalaguna Holzwarth, Vice-Secretary of the Centre, observed the session which took place from the 10th  to 14th of October at the Vienna International Centre, UNCITRAL headquarters. The sessions covered topics such as early dismissal and technology in dispute resolution.

El pleno de CIAM (Centro Internacional de Arbitraje de Madrid) en su sesión de ayer ha elegido a José María Alonso como presidente del Centro a partir del 1 de enero de 2023 en sustitución de Juan Serrada, actual presidente.

Los socios fundadores de CIAM, la Corte de Arbitraje de Madrid  , CORTE CIVIL Y MERCANTIL DE ARBITRAJE (CIMA) , Corte Española de Arbitraje (CEA) y Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid, reiteran su compromiso con el Centro y consideran que con el liderazgo de José María Alonso la institución afrontara con éxito futuros retos.

The plenary of CIAM (Centro Internacional de Arbitraje de Madrid) in its session yesterday has chosen José María Alonso as president of the Centre as of 1 January 2023 replacing Juan Serrada, current president.

The founding partners of CIAM, Corte de Arbitraje de Madrid , CORTE CIVIL Y MERCANTIL DE ARBITRAJE (CIMA), Corte Española de Arbitraje (CEA) and Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid, reiterate their commitment to the Centre and consider that with the leadership of José María Alonso the institution will successfully face future challenges.
