MIAC is governed by its Bylaws approved by its governing body at the plenary session held on 15 October 2019.

It administers arbitration proceedings in accordance with its Arbitration Rules, which have two annexes:

• • The rules for the appointment of arbitrators;
  • The Rules on the costs of the arbitration.

The Center has a model arbitration agreement that users can include in their contracts.

The MIAC General Secretariat issues guidelines and notes to accompany the user at each step of the arbitration procedure.
