José Antonio Caínzos Fernández, president of CIAM (Centro Internacional de Arbitraje de Madrid)  will take part in a panel discussion as part of The European Circuit, an event organized by Uría Menéndez and NYSBA Elder Law and Special Needs Section with the purpose of gathering different jurisdictions of the European Union #UE at a forum where industry experts will exchange experiences and share different initiatives on #InternationalArbitration.

During the panel discussion, our president will delve into the current state of #commercialarbitration, together with other professionals in the field: David Barniville, Head of Commercial Court of Irlanda (moderator), Gillian Cahill, lawyer at Uría Menéndez, and Gordon Nardell QC, lawyer and arbitrator at Twenty Essex.
